I thought I would try to use 'configure' to lay out the dovecot install a little differently than the default. I prefer all the support files under one tree (e.g. in /usr/local/lib/dovecot-1.0) rather than distributed around the filesystem. I haven't been able to test the imap_client_workarounds=tb-negative-fetch option yet as I'm still running test52. Thunderbird displays blank messages when they are opened, but "Edit as new" shows the message contents. I have a question regarding dovecot (1.0-test52) and pop3. I have users that do not have home directories, they only have an inbox in /var/mail.
