The page http://www.vorbis.com/faq.psp (last faq) and http://cs.leander.isd.tenet.edu/~mitchell/vorbis_intro.html both state that it's possible to lower the bitrate of an existant ogg enc file without reencoding. Hi all, I apologize for what might be a silly question. I am interested in doing a one way anova. This is not too hard in and of itself, either with anova, aov or oneway.test .
