logistic regression
...actor(eg)+as.factor(kon)+
as.factor(yol)+ as.factor(aks)+as.factor(fay),family=poisson,data=dt2)
as you see I used count value of yes/no data as independent data.
Is it good idea to use this method instead of binomial logistic regression ?
what do you suggest more ?
thanks in advance

Interpolation of azimuth values
...h direction
( angle from north in clockwise direction) values.
But there is a problem.
Say, for instance, while 1 and 359 indicate somewhat same direction,
interpolation puts values
in the range from 1 to 359. What can I do to solve the problem ?
Anything you offer ?

grouping elements of a data frame
Hi everyone,
I have a question on selecting and grouping elements of a data frame. For example:
A.df<- [ a c 0.9
b x 0.8
b z 0.5
c y 0.9
c x 0.7
c z 0.6]
I want to create a list of a data frame that gives me the unique values of column 1 of A.df so that i can create intersects. That is:
B[a]<- [ c 0.9]
B[b]<- [ x 0.8

cbind order
Hello
I need to use this command:
cbind(ftable(xtabs(cnt~geo+slp+con+hey,data=dt3))
hey is in count of success /failure value
but cbind gives failure/success counts. I want to change the order of
this cbind as success /failure counts.
for instance:
I want cbind to give counts as 32-4552 rather than 4552-32
what should I do ?
thanks in advance

probability values ?
...hen I followed two ways to get probability values:
1- probility <- exp(X0+bX1+cX2+...)/((1+exp(X0+bX1+cX2+...))
2- probility <- predict(glm.obj,type="resp")
Should have these two given same result ?
if so, I did not have. Why ?
Does anyone have any idea ?
thanks in advance
