Asterisk, AudioCodes, Caller ID
...to the
point where the AudioCodes box picks up calls coming in on the FXO ports and
routes them to a predefined extension on the Asterisk server. The problem I
am having is that I cannot seem to get the AudioCodes box to pass the Caller
ID data to Asterisk. I have tested the setup with both my Teltone TLS-5C line
simulator and the local telco's POTS lines... Both the teltone and the telco
are passing caller ID data onto the line and it is being displayed properly
on a standalone CID display box that I hooked up for testing. Yet, that data
seems to disappear somewhere in the MP-114......

Interop with Cisco T1/PRI on the 2811 and PSTN
Hi,
Trying to set up a SIP environment with Asterisk - T1/PRI on Cisco 2811 - PSTN (Teltone TSP). SIP call looks working and I am able to make call from SIP phones to PSTN analog phones. But I have troubles with the Call from PSTN to the SIP phones. I guess the problem is the dial plan.

Asterisk Indications
Hi,
Just wondering if someone could better explain how the indications.conf file
actually affects Asterisk?
I am using a Cisco 7940 from my Asterisk system, and have set in
indications.conf "country=au" thinking that this would make the
dialtones/call progress sound like the familiar Australian tones?
However when I call another extension on my system, it still sounds like
