[RFC][PATCH] virtio balloon: kill tell-host-first logic
The virtio balloon driver has a VIRTIO_BALLOON_F_MUST_TELL_HOST
feature bit. Whenever the bit is set, we must always tell the
host before we free pages back to the allocator. Without this
we might free a page (and have another user touch it) while the
hypervisor is unprepared for it.
But, if the bit is _not_ set, we are under no obligation to

tinc - switch mode bridge
Hi
I am testing running tinc in switch mode. , my topology is as follows
Site 1 (tinc-srv01) -> Site 2 (tinc-srv02)
I have configured the bridge interfaces with ip addresses and able to ping
between bridges. I then setup a server on each site and tested layer 2
connectivity between the two servers. Topology as follows.
Server 1 - *Site 1* (tinc-srv01) -> *Site 2* (tinc-srv02) - Server 2

2 small problems: integer division and the nature of NA
...tter in R than in
SAS (at least they are not considered the smallest value for a
variable), but at the same time I am surprised that the sum of NAs is 0
instead of NA.
The sum of a vector having at least one NA but also valid data gives NA
if we do not specify na.rm=T. But with na.rm=T, we are telling sum to
give the sum of valid data, ignoring NAs that do not tell us anything
about the value of a variable. I found out while getting the sum of
small subsets of my data (such as when subsetting by several
variables), sometimes a "cell" only contained NAs for my response
variable....

Logging updated files?
...lo -
I've been doing some experimenting this morning with logging and can't
seem to get exactly what I'm looking for.
What I'd like, is to be able to get a listing of all files that changed
on the local side and that were updated to the remote side via rsync.
The literal data info tells me how many bytes were transferred total,
but I'd like to get the break down per file, or at the least just get a
listing of the files rsync saw as different and therefore updated.
I've played with --progress and --stats and not really found the info.
The --progress option seems to show e...
