Hardcoded header values?

Higher bitrates
I have a similar question but about lower bit rates...I'm more concerned about file size than about how it sounds. What do I need to tweak in Vorbis to accomplish this? My target bit rate would be 11kHz 8-bit mono. Thanks, Chris > It's fairly simple to change the bitrate by adjusting some params in > mode.h.
