Plotting irregular grid as image or persp
Hi,
I have an array of 2d node locations and an array triangles, and would
like to plot something like a image or persp.
An example of doing it with rgl is:
library(ncdf)
library(rgl)
# wget http://www.maplepark.com/~drf5n/extras/teapot.nc
teapot<-open.ncdf("teapot.nc")
z<-get.var.ncdf(teapot,"tris")
l<-get.var.ncdf(teapot,"locations")
z<-as.vector(z)
demo.teapot<-function(x=1){
rgl.triangles(l[1,z],l[2,z],l[3,z])
x<-readline("Hit any key to continue")

It's going to get /boot. And under there, it'll get /boot/EFI.

[Bug 61489] New: Mesa-demos test subtexrate causes some error in dmesg
...1/src/tests/subtexrate on nv43 my dmesg flooded with

Few days back this test lacked its teapots, so I assumed this and
errors in dmesg related. But after kernel update I can see stationary
big teapot on the left, and spinning small one on the right.

wait. would deleting the inode /sys/(whatever) actually modify UEFI
memory? sure, writing to those inodes could do all sorts of harm, but
deleting the inodes in the /sys filesystem, I'm not so sure this isn't a
tempest in a teapot so to speak.

so it will delete inodes there... does that damage the EFI
hardware? I would think you'd have to open files and write data to
actually modify the EFI stuff.

embed image in R-tcltk canvas
Hi,
I think that R-tcltk doesn't have the capacity to display an image stored in
memory on a tkcanvas object, am I right?
I have digged around everything I can find from Peter Dalgaard and tcltk
references and drew my conclusion.
Can you, Peter, or some other gurus on the list, give us a pointer or two on
how to proceed to solve this problem? I am afraid that it may involve

RHEL6 beta vs. Xen
Has anyone yet figured out what it would take to make Xen
run on top of the Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 beta?
We are heavily invested in Xen under RHEL5 (actually
a redhat clone) distribution, but already the xen kernel
they are shipping with update 4 and 5 is shaky and has bugs
which they don''t seem to be in a hurry to fix.
Basically I am wondering if Redhat 6 is just going to

nv50: shader generation patches
Hi ! I've been trying to improve NV50 shader generation a bit the last couple of weeks, so here is
what I've produced. I don't know if it's usable for you or just a pile of horrible hacks, but at
least it makes some mesa demos render more correcly, p.e. the teapot (aside from mip-mapping issues
of the floor texture), arbfplight, and I think the gears also didn't appear as they should before,
and I hope it doesn't break others that worked.
I also tried playing neverball and neverputt, which at some point worked fine, but now it locks up
the GPU again...
