Re ading and Creating Shape Files

XYcoord=c(Ycoord,Xcoord)
TaxLots<-cbind(Ycoord,Xcoord,Lot)
writeSpatialShape(XYcoord, TaxLots..,
file=data/input/test/Taxlots,strictFilename=FALSE)
So help reading in shape files and then creating them using XY coordinates
if possible
