[LLVMdev] problems with TARGET_IASM_OP_CONSTRAINT
c-common.c has some problems when TARGET_IASM_OP_CONSTRAINT is empty.
The newly compiled xgcc refuses to create an empty db array. The
attached patch (hack) solves the problem.
