R-alpha: na.woes
1) hist() does not take NA's. Incompatible with Splus, probably just a
bug?
2) I do wish we could somehow get rid of the misfeatures of indexing
with logical NA's:

creds_server_check: credentials check failed on Win7-32bit and samba-3.0.28a on ubuntu-8.04.4

The nmblookup -B tells me something wrong with PC28, but what?
net view \\SERVER on PC28 gives me a list of shares

samba, sssd, Active Directory, NT_STATUS_NO_LOGON_SERVERS, NT_STATUS_ACCESS_DENIED
...le to open the domain client session to machine DC-1.CORP.CELADONSYSTEMS.COM. Error was : NT_STATUS_ACCESS_DENIED.
Can you recommend web links on confirming permissions are appropriate on the AD DC?
Maybe switching back to winbind is the right choice? Setting up sssd is just a lot easier.

Both sides run rsync-2.5.6-4.

Dave clients accessing Samba

authentication), has no user accounts. PCs access the printers and print
just fine, but the Macs using Dave get an authentication error of invalid
user/password. They can access resources on the win2003 PDC.
Any idea what's going on here specific to the Dave clients?

I''ve built custom kernels selecting the C3-II but they hang.
Does the hypervisor need to be compiled C3-II?
I''ve also messed with cflags, since it looks like gcc4 still has the bug
regarding the cmov instruction when it comes to the C3-II chips.

REPOST: Problems with trust account passowrds ???
...oller or WINS server. The technician that
manages the microsoft domain itself has no idea since he doesn't see any
problem on the microsoft side. I'm assuming, therefore, there is some fine
tuning I need to do on the one samba server giving me the errors.
Any ideas??

setting up swat
I've looked in /usr/local/samba/swat for help
and even the samba source docs and can't
find anything on setting up swat.
I've also looked at samba.org/samba/docs,
but can find a swat setup doc.
Can some please point me in the right direction?

Asterisk with USB
Hello everybody! I've seen that you can connect your cellphone via
bluetooth, but I've a Motorola V300 and it doesn't have that feature,
so I wish to connect it via USB cable, is it pissible con use my
cellphone with asterisk like that? I 've not been able to find
information on how to do this, I'l appreciate any help.

2 issues using SAMBA as a print server
...of 10 different printers, what
do I need to do in SAMBA to prevent this?
2. Even though I can print to the SAMBA shared printer without any
problem, the box that gives printer status claims that it cannot connect
to the printer. What setting in SAMBA will take care of that?

My needs are far more modest than Capistrano''s capabilities. Also, when

Why the as.integer() representation? I later pass the result into this
write.html.table(), and what I get is rows of as.integer()... when all I
want is the integer itself.
