How to constraint instructions reordering from patterns?
Hi,
Is there a kind of scope mechanism in the instruction lowering pattern language in order to control where instructions are inserted or how they are later reordered during the SelectionDiag linearization?
I know the glue chain that stick instructions together. But such mechanism in not provided in instruction lowering pattern.
I'm facing many situations where some patterns are lowered into

madwifi on Centos 5.2, kernel 2.6.18-92.1.6.el5
Hello,
I just installed Centos 5.2 on my wife's IBM thinkpad T41 with Atheros
wireless.
It looks like I need to install madwifi to get the wireless to work. Our
home wireless network uses WPA2
I found the EL5 rpms at atrpms, but there is no madwifi-kmdl rpms for
kernel 2.6.18-92.1.6.el5.
So, to get the wireless working on my home network, what's the sh...

Centos 5 Live CD
I just tried the Centos 5 Live CD on my Thinkpad T41.
It works pretty good but did not recognize my Laptop's
modem or WiFi (I guess no surprise there).
I do have a CardBus modem that is not a Win-modem
that I could try when I get home.
I did not see anyway to configure a PPP dialup call.
Is there a way to run kppp or Gnome's equivalent?...

appreciated.

Segfault at debug
..."WINEDEBUG=relay,file wine ...",
but whenever I try it with this parameter (or by setting the variable
ahead of time & running wine by itself), I get a segmentation fault.
I don't recall getting this on my system at work (Fedora Core 3, wine
builds 20041201, 20050211, Thinkpad T41, Pentium M). I expect part of
the problem is I can't find a native package for my x86_64 system at
home (also Fedora Core 3, but the 64bit version this time). I tried the
Athlon and i386 builds (20050211), and get segmentation faults with both.
I would try compiling Wine for this machine...

SYSLINUX 3.09-pre2: release candidate
It appears that increasing the command line limit to 1023 caused the
.bss memory area to overflow. Unfortunately NASM didn't detect this as
it ought to have and therefore I didn't catch it as an error.
I have dropped the command line limit to 511 characters and released it
as 3.09-pre2. This is a release candidate; please test it out and if it
works I'll make it 3.09.
