[PATCH 3/4] xen/manage: Guard against user-space initiated poweroff and XenBus.
There is a race case where the user does ''poweroff'' and at the same time the system admin does ''xl shutdown''. Depending on the race, the system_state will be SYSTEM_RUNNING or SYSTEM_POWER_OFF. If SYSTEM_RUNNING we just end up making a duplicate call to ''poweroff'' (while it is running). That will fail or execute (And if executed then it will be stuck in the reboot_mutex mutex). But nobody will care b/c the machine is in powero...

powerdown problem on XEN
Hi guys, I have a problem with powering down my system under the XEN hypervisor. System details are as follows: gentoo linux, X86_64 XEN version 4.2.2 linux hardened kernel 3.9.5 as dom0 Xeon E3 1260L processor (vt-d capable) 32GB ECC RAM which has been thoroughly tested - so should be o.k. when I issue "shutdown -h now" from dom0 the system usually reboots instead of turning off

High CPU temp, suspend problem - xen 4.1.5-pre, linux 3.7.x

Hardware: Dell Latitude E6420 CPU: Intel i5-2520M Software: xen stable-4.1 as of 15.02 (last commit: "xen: sched_creadit: improve picking up the idle CPU for a VCPU"), with reverted commit "Introduce system_state variable."
