Re: Cannot install vcrun6 or mfc42 using winetricks /Ubuntu10.04
i have the same problem .. latest wine folder .. same ubuntu version .. and when installing the mfc42 and/or vcrun6 and comctl32 dlls via winetricks ..
is it ok if i just download the files, and place them in the sys32 directory and run the regsvr32 for those dlls if necessary ????

winhttp 5.1
Hello Everyone ..
I am having trouble running a certain feature in an trading application. The error is related to the windows package Winhttp 5.1. Here is the link for that:

dlls - still a newbie

nothing has been noted.
3. from there, it will either use built-in, or native file in the order
written.
So, if I install and app, "blah", I need to:
1. Figure out all dlls that are needed.
2. Make sure that I have all those needed dlls in the .wine/.../windows/system
(but not sys32?) folder. If necessary, I need to dig it up from my winnt
directory and copy it over to the .wine directory.
3. Go to the config file and make sure that all the dlls are in it. If
necessary, say some of the dlls are built-in and others are native for this
app. I figure this last part has some po...

iphlpapi dll not found
...rader .. it runs perfectly allright .. but when i load this certain program on that software, the console outputs this error :

There are known problems with connections timing out, and some 2.2 kernels
are bad at handling signals. You could try upgrading your kernel to a more
recent (2.2.19 or 2.4.7).
