Rsync and sync2nas
Hi, I'm using rsync on 2 sme servers and attempting to get sync2nas to
work from my windows 2003 servers to my sme server for backup purposes
I can successfully rsync between the two sme servers and in a local

Something very much resembling a graphical win32-based front-end for rsync
is available at http://sync2nas.sourceforge.net It is released under the
BSD license for all to enjoy.
A few caveats:
* It reportedly only works on WinNT/Win2K. Win9x is being looked into at
this time.
* It is written in Perl/Tk, although all portability conceits were

store to a network share. Your only choice here is to move it elsewhere
on the local drive. If you wish to back it up, you'll need some kind of
script or remote agent to sync it to the server perhaps once a day or
so when the user is away. (Think rsync and sync2nas.) Alternately, you
could use IMAP.
OTHERS:
I haven't investigated other clients, but I'm assuming most of them
will let you specify the location of the message store. That is left as
an exercise for the reader. :-)
