NMDS ordination
Hi
Im currently trying to plot my NMDS data together with fitted variables
(envfit funct) on an ordination plot. The plot function shows two
displays="sites" and "sp". I was wondering how to plot it so that the sites
come up as different points for different sites but the species come up as
actual names? It looks a little busy at the moment with everything in.

I simply cannot install R on Ubuntu. I don't know why.
I don't mind using sudo apt-get update/upgrade/install buit I get into
crazy loops (hours) that clearly can't be trusted. But when I use
Synaptic (reload/mark for install R-base) every time I get some list
of things things it want to install as well and syas "Mark" which it
does not do and when I go forward with the Synaptic install of R-base
I get this (and abort) every time:

Re: Libvirt access control drivers
Excuse me for renewing this discussion, but I am curious if you would add
new module, which will be able to process users not based on unix
processes, from where do you plan to get usernames? I mean, virt-manager
could give them, as there is authentication in GUI, but for example when
using oVirt, none of the usernames reach libvirt through the communication
between server and nodes.

ZFS quotas & zoned datasets
I''m seeing some unexpected and strange behaviour with respect to quotas
and zones.
Initially I set things up with no quota on the data set that as
delegated to the zone. Then as the local zone admin I created a new
child dataset and set a quota on that. Now the global zone admin
attempts to quota the delegated dataset, and it appears to work but....

RStudio question
I'm solving the following problem: Create a variable (column) in the ?wf?
dataframe named ?Zone? that takes value of ?tropic? if Latitude is less
than or equal to 30, or ?non-tropic? for Latitude greater than 30. Show you
Zone variable. Latitude is a column of my dataframe. I don't know the
sintaxis and the process to create the column.

Re: Libvirt access control drivers
I see. I also know OpenStack uses libvirt, nova-compute has a driver for
communication.
I have briefly looked through these 10 thousand lines of code in overall on
github for openstack's libvirt driver and didn't notice any user info as
well.
To make the picture full don't you know is there the same scheme there:
some high level openstack api with user information and passing only

Re: Libvirt access control drivers
I actually didn't quite catch, why oVirt can't just pass user information
and you could check against it? This may require to create some
configuration files for libvirt about end users.
What is a advantage of authenticating oVirt, and then impersonation for end
user?
