Docbook equivalent of Sweave
...have been looking a bit at docbook as an alternative to latex.
However, Sweave is a very nice way to deal with documents mixing R
code, figures, and text as well as markup. I saw a couple of
references in the email archives that people have been experimenting
with combinations of tools (including Sxslt). Is anyone willing to
share their thoughts and practices in basically replacing the
functionality of Sweave and Latex with an xml-based solution like
docbook?
Thanks,

Rversion.h
Our current intention is to no longer include Rversion.h from R.h as from
R 1.6.0 (which is months away).
Package maintainers when revising code might like to check if they

Sweave/ESS-like tools for HTML

the course, which is very convenient for cross-linking different bits
of the course.
Naturally I use R extensively in my teaching and I want to incorporate
R code, output and graphics in such a wiki. If I were producing LaTeX
sources instead of HTML sources
