[OT] ssh and security DVR
Does anyone have any "security appliance" DVR, and can you a) telnet or b) ssh into it? Also, I have read that on a lot of the low-end ones, like Swann, port 9000 is completely open, but it's not clear to me from the hack post <http://console-cowboys.blogspot.com/2013/01/swann-song-dvr-insecurity.html> whether I could ssh in there, or rsync from a server through that port. mark

Do I need something like this: eval(''('' + this.header(''X-JSON'') + '')'') (taken from Cody Swann, http://ajaxian.com/archives/prototype-extension-dynamic-script-pattern-support ). negative number to positive number
Hello all, I know this is a pretty easy question but I can't find it in S poetry or R help. How can I make a negative number positive. Such as -5 to be +5 I tried +(-5), but that didn't work. So no, I don't mean taking a -5^2 just to get a positive number. This is in a function so it's not just -5 it's x. :) Thanks, Paul -- Research Technician Mass Spectrometry o The

Door Phone

My idea is to leave the current system there, but still have audio going to asterisk, and being able to send an open door command from asterisk. Since I'me not getting video phones, I would like to leave the option of the current video intercom as it is. Can some...
