Apache Setup, static site = site.com, rails = site.com/rails
I have a static site at:
http://www.site.com
and I want Aails site to live at:
http://www.site.com/cms
(so that I can have the two sites communicate via AJAX without security
issues)
Is this possible using Apache? Maybe somebody point in the right
direction. I''m pretty good with httpd.conf, but haven''t figured out the
right directives to get this going.
Thanks

In my previous AD domain, my FQDN was a non-registered (fake) domain
that has worked for years. For example "fakedomainname.intials", like
"domain.dt". This

Asterisk to switch on electric heaters remotely?
Hello
I'm sure someone has already tried this: I use a couple of electric
heaters to heat my office.
I'd like to somehow connect them to Asterisk so that I could switch
them on remotely by either calling the IVR or sending an e-mail to the
Asterisk host, so that the room is warm when I get to the office :-)
Any information appreciated.
Thank you.

Concerns over Rails' handling of tests
Sorry if this comes across as a bunch of disjointed thoughts...I''m just
trying to put my thoughts down and I''d like to know what other people''s
opinions on the subject are.
I''ve been working with Rails for 3 or 4 months now and I''m constantly trying
to look at ways of improving my testing techniques, especially when it comes
to TDD. I have a few
