Hi I'm a privacy distro maintainer investigating the implications of the newly published nethammer attack [0] on KVM guests particularly the virtio-net drivers. The summary of the paper is that rowhammer can be remotely triggered by feeding susceptible* network driver crafted traffic. This attack can do all kinds of nasty things such as modifying SSL certs on the victim system. * Susceptible drivers are those relying on Intel CAT, uncached memory or the clflush instruction. I have been reading with great interest the posts on trouble shooting echo cancellation with *. Is it just coincidence that all of this discussion has been with analog lines. Are PRI's susceptible to echo problem like POTS lines. Thanks for clearing this up. Alan

I have a TDM400p with 3 fxs and 1 fxo daughter cards. It's in a mini-itx case with a 'right-angle' PCI riser card so the TDM400p is 'sandwiched' between the Atom D525 CPU and the 2.5" hard drive. Citrix (stupidly) does not have it's own account lockout feature, it relies solely on AD's account lockout functionality. And, as we all know, Citrix is an online app which makes it susceptible to brute force attacks. It would be helpful if you could implement this account lockout feature--if so, you would probably see a big increase in user base.
