VNC Server in libvirt
...how to access the display of each virtual machine. We are trying to generate a video streaming from the graphics content, though it is not easy to find what function is the most appropriate to do that. We tried to use the screenshot feature, but the rate is to low to generate a smooth streaming. I suposse the vnc server is reading the graphics output of each virtual machine at a low level, however I cannot find the exact point where the server is. Currently I am trying to understand the function "virDomainOpenGraphics" in libvirt.c and, at a lower level, the function "qemuProcessHand...

How to install manually?
I'm trying to install SysLinux on a disk image as part of NodeOS automated build process, but seems SysLinux requires administrative priviledges. I suposse this is needed because `syslinux` command try to mount the disk image / device to store the needed files, that otherwise would be have been written before and this step omitted. The other half would be to write the MBR bootloader, that would not require administrator permissions at all because it w...

R and DBSCAN
...39;ve read some docs about it and theb new questions have arisen. DBSCAN requires some parameters, one of them is "distance". As my data are three dimensional, longitude, latitude and temperature, which "distance" should I use? which dimension is related to that distance? I suposse it should be temperature. How do I find such minimum distance with R? Another parameter is the minimum number of points neded to form a cluster. Is there any method to find that number? Unfortunately I haven't found. Searching thorugh Google I could not find an R example for using dbscan...

sending non 44.1Khz-stereo files to oddcast
Have you tried to send mp3 files with other formats than 44khz stereo? I'm not talking about the encoding quality for send the data to icecast, else about the quality of mp3 files. If you do that, the listeners will hear the music faster and higher, like the little chipmunks in donald duck's, and it will be broken by no-sound intervals. It happens if the files are mono too. This is
