snv_42 zfs/zpool dump core and kernel/fs/zfs won''t load.
...oint with snv_29 with the pre integration
SUNWzfs package. I did a live upgrade to snv_42 but forgot to remove
the old SUNWzfs before I did so. When the system booted up got
complaints about kstat install because I still had an old zpool kernel
module lying around.
So I did pkgrm SUNWzfs and SUNWzfskr SUNWzfsku SUNWzfsr (ie the old and
the new).
I then rebooted, all okay.
Now I need to get ZFS bits on here so I pkgadd SUNWzfs* from the snv_42
Solaris_11/Product directory. All goes fine but zfs(1) and zpool(1)
dump core because /dev/zfs doesn''t exist - because kernel/fs/zfs didn...

zfs boot - U6 kernel patch breaks sparc boot
Hi,
in preparation to try zfs boot on sparc I installed all recent patches
incl. feature patches comming from s10s_u3wos_10 and after reboot
finally 137137-09 (still having everything on UFS).
Now it doesn''t boot at anymore:

zpool kernel panics.
Hi Folks,
I''ve got a 3.9 Tb zpool, and it is casing kernel panics on my Solaris
10 280r (SPARC) server.
The message I get on panic is this:
panic[cpu1]/thread=2a100a95cc0: zfs: freeing free segment
(offset=423713792 size=1024)
This seems to come about when the zpool is being used or being
scrubbed - about twice a day at the moment. After the reboot, the
scrub seems to have
