I have used: termplot(fm, se=T, axes=FALSE, col.se="black") axis(1, 1:4, LETTERS[1:4]) axis(2) box() to replace the numbers with letters - but I want to be able to have the names of the plotted varibles from say Data$Expt1, so that instead of A, B, C - I have Control, Subs1, Subs2 etc Can anyone tell me how I can do this?
