Dovecot does not access /var/mail when using Maildir
Hello, I'm running debain on my machine with postfix, squirrelmail and dovecot installed. Everything works fine and I'm able to access my mail via squirrelmail and via Outlook with imap. However I want to create subfolders what is not possible. After reading I discovered that I use mbox and that maildir is needed in order to be able to use subfolders. I have created a Maildir folder with the maildirmake.dovecot command in my /home/mirko directory and corrected the owner. Now dovecot uses the Maildir and I can cr...

Unable to subscribe to newly created subfolders under public mailboxes with acl plugin enabled
I've "group" namespace and b2b mailbox under it. I'm unable to subscribe to it and deliver emails there. file mode creation at a directory level
Hello -- I am creating a share directory on a samba server for a group of users. I would like to make sure: 1. Only the members in that group can create files and subfolders on that directory 2. Other people cannot have any access to the files/subfolers. 3. The members can have full access to files/directories other members create. The above requirements seem simple, however, my problem is, because the share directory is neither under any of the members&...
