Authentication only on NT Boxes not accepted

Samba 2.2.4 and PRINT$
Hi,
I'm having difficulty configuring Printing with Samba 2.2.4 and Windows
2000 clients.
The samba installations is running as a PDC against LDAP. All the
sharing of network file systems seem to be working perfectly..

I Need A Little Help...
Dear Samba Team,
I've been introduced to Samba lately and I used it to
share a ufs File System in an enterprise system to be
accessed through Windows Nt and Windows 2000.
I followed the installation steps and to be honest I
wasn't sure that the system will run because I lack in
experience with this software, also because I was
using instructions from a Samba book that I think was

Print queue doesn't clear
I suppose this is a basic linux question as much as it is a Samba related
question. I have configured my 2.2.5 redhat 7.3 server to *not* supply the
drivers (too many problems). Everything is fine now, but one exception: the
print job remains in the queue after it prints. The job shows up as
"Paused". This leaves the printer icon in the tray on the client.

Win2000 Print subsystem shuts down
After installing print drivers to the my RH7.3 Samba 2.2.5 box, I have
noticed the print subsystem shuts down, after receiving a spoolsv.dll error
message (sorry, didn't write it down).
This has happened on 3 different win2k machines, sp2.
Once I reboot everything is fine.
Ideas?

It seems that I am in printer hell once again :) I am trying to sort out
some printer problems with our UNIX server. The basic problem is this. I
have a test server to K.I.S.S the problem. On this server I have defined two
queues which are csqlis and HPfinley. csqlis seems to work correctly and
displays ready. HPfinley always reads Paused on win2k and NT40 clients. The
