Hey, Can anyone answer this question. I am working with really large datasets and most of the programs I have been running take quite some time. I heard that R may be faster in Unix. I sthis true and if so can anyone reccomend which system and requirements may allow things to go faster for? Thanks!! ...its own Setup. Finale starts up, but "hangs" (fixed by Ctrl-C in the Wine terminal window) when trying to paint the music sheet document. The following line gets repeated several times in the Wine terminal window: fixme:font:GetKerningPairsW (0x788,0,(nil)): almost empty stub! So, doe sthis mean it's not yet possible to run Finale under Wine? Or, perhaps, one can get through this somehow? Thanks in advance for any answers! I have a 2 node cluster of HP DL380G4s. These machines are attached via scsi to an external HP disk enclosure. They run 32bit RH AS 4.0 and OCFS 1.2.4, the latest release.
