...found if I boot the machines mentioned in the above, with CD using _isolinux_ 5.10 and memtest86+ 4.20, all successfully boot into memtest. Hope these testing cases help. To me, I still do not feel comfortable that EFI64 arch using file name *.c32 for its COMBOOT files. My 2 cents.
