quota-support seems to be broken in 3.0.6/3.0.7
...ence apart from line-numbers is in "got message type
0x0 of len 0x64" from process.c:process_smb. Does it mean the client
asks different or the server sends in a different way ?
Maybe anyone can give me a hint, more debug-output or testing through us
is available.
Thanks in advance

samba to respect cups-ACLs?
...ting. Is there a way to avoid that?
Windows has it's own level of access rules for printers (like for
filesystems), is there a way to use them with samba? Even a privileged user
("admin users" and "printer admin" in 3.0.23d) isn't allowed to change them.

maybe OT: Univention.de UCS
Hello List,
the UCS GUI Univention made looks quite nice and useful. Since they put
it open source it became interesting for us.
I am a little confused that they only provide ISO images and not the
Management Project as source code since I don't want to depend on them.
Has someone got a little experience with it?
Thanks, Mario

Samba 3.0.25 & OpenLDAP 2.3 issues
Hi,
I'm setting up Samba 3.0.25 on a FreeBSD box, nss_ldap, pam_ldap &
openldap are installed and work fine (local login with an ldap defined
account succeeds)
I'm following the directions of the Samba Guide :
http://us3.samba.org/samba/docs/man/Samba-Guide/happy.html#id338636
Ldap password is stored in secrets.tdb and smbd accesses the runnig
slapd.

Question about multiple ldap backend (as failover/load balance)
Hello
OK, in my case, there is only one samba server acting as PDC.
On the PDC, it has a openldap server as backend.
I have configured another server as the slave ldap server. slave ldap
server will pool data by syncrepl.
There are some spaces in samba/smbldap-tool that we can configure
multiple ldap servers (or load balance by use of DNS)
What happen if the PDC write data to the slave ldap
