How to trigger builds in Phabricator?
Hi everyone, In the reviewing system, after a patch is approved, what should be the following step? I assume I'll have to make sure the patch hasn't broken anything, before pushing it, so I'll wan't to run a full build+tests, probably in a remote sterile environment (like a jenkins server). Do we have an integration system like this? Or should I just trust the build+tests on my

Re peated ANOVA or nested ANOVA, or parallel one way ANOVA six times?
...choosing from each group to measure biomass (80 pot for sampling date). Now my question are as follow: If different plant respond to soil treatment differently? If plant's react to soil treatment deppends on time? If soil F and D differed significantly in effects on plant biomass? If soil sterilization have any aditional effects on plant biomass in this experiment? Which is the most important factor for biomass accumulation? I can't figure out wether a repeated ANOVA or nested ANOVA, or a parallel one way ANOVA six times is right for this experiment. It seems not so feasible to run six par...

Custom Extension halting execution upon caller hanging up
Hello, list! I'm having some trouble with A@H 2.7(?), Asterisk 1.2.5, inasmuch as my custom extension is not continuing execution when the caller hangs up. (Please excuse the sterilized output.) Here's how it's supposed to go: exten => 2,8,Monitor(wav,${TIMESTAMP}) exten => 2,9,Dial(SIP/Provider/8005551212) exten => 2,10,Macro(record-cleanup) If the caller hangs up

Probit analysis
Respected Sir/Madam, I have a question regarding calculation of LD50 (Lethal Dose) and IC50 (50% inhibitory concentration) of an antimicrobial experiment. I have used a compound isolated from a plant and observed its effect on the fungus *Fusarium oxysporum* by the food poisoning method. Solutions of the compound at concentrations of 0, 50, 100, 150, 200 and 250µg/ ml were added to

Error occurring in "emmeans" package for the two data sets I used. Please help.
I am a Professor of Statistics at Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, Raipur, India. While teaching in class about analysis of variance using R, I was doing a one-way analysis for the two data-sets given below in the R-class. I got a typical error in "emmeans" package, please help: Data-set-1: -------------- Medley and Clements (1998) investigated the impact of zinc contamination (and

Iterative Solver [Converting Matlab's solve()]
I can't for the life of me figure out how to get the roots for this simple (but sovable only iteratively) equation in R: x = z*(1-(1-2/z)^y where x and y are known, and z is unknown. In Matlab, this amounts to: [my.solution] = solve('x = z*(1-(1-2/z)^y') my.solution.real = solution(y-1,y) % bottom line displays non-imaginary solution (last element) Obviously, I'm deeply

Dear All I am trying to estimate a mixture of regression and get the following error using the mixreg package: Error in y - yhat : non-conformable arrays The instruction I used were: x <- as.matrix(LRHUN) y <- as.matrix(LRINTER) TS <- list(list(beta=c(3.0,1.0),sigsq=1,lambda=0.4), list(beta=c(0.0,1.0),sigsq=1,lambda=0.6)) prova <- mixreg(x,y, ncomp=2, theta.start=TS)

Thanks for your kind reply. Problem is solved. However, it's "confidence interval / treatment comparison plot" is not taking main title. And the fonts of axes labels can not be changed using 'cex' parameter. I will appreciate if you could help in this matter too. Dr. A. K. Design changes are done in Fedora
I am a newcomer to CentOS and I appreciate the discussion. It would seem to me - and I am sure I am not the first one to state the obvious - Fedora is primarily a desktop OS while CentOS is primarily a server OS. The user needs are very different, the features needed are very, very different, hence many of the current features, or future features, should remain in one or the other and not cross

Bug#625438: xen: ftbfs with gcc-4.6 -Werror
Package: xen Version: 4.1.0-3 Severity: important Tags: wheezy sid User: debian-gcc at lists.debian.org Usertags: ftbfs-gcc-4.6 ftbfs-werror This package builds with -Werror, and GCC 4.6 triggers new warnings which will make the package fail to build. Currently a Debian patch just passes -Wno-error=unused-but-set-variable and -Wno-error=unused-but-set-parameter to avoid build failures,

Scatterplot Showing All Points
Hello all, I'm trying to graph a scatterplot of a large (5,000 x,y coordinates) of data with the caveat that many of the data points overlap with each other (share the same x AND y coordinates). In using the usual "plot" command, > plot(education, xlab="etc", ylab="etc") it seems that the overlap of points is not shown in the graph. Namely, there are

please decrypt your manuals
I. most of ssh manual and all sshd manual present server and client as one machine, called host. All files mentioned are placed on one machine. This is incorrect, and makes the explanation unclear. For example, man sshd SSH_KNOWN_HOSTS FILE FORMAT suggests to copy keys from /etc/ssh/ssh_host_key.pub into /etc/ssh/ssh_known_hosts, as if those files are on the same machine. II. a general

merge two matrices
Dear R-help members I would be grateful if anyone could help me with the following problem: I would like to combine two matrices (SCH_15 and SCH_16, they are attached) which have a species presence/absence x sampling plot structure. The aim would be to have in the end only one matrix which shows all existing species and their presence/absence on all the different plots(an_1, an_2 etc.) To do
