Hey guys... one last thing. I have set up agents in my Asterisk... and one agent refuses to log out. I have tried to log out from Xlite. I have tried from the console... AGENT LOGOFF 1001. It still gets the call. If I shut down Xlite, it still tries to contact agent 1001, but gets a congested message... if I bring Xlite back up, it gets the call.
