Zwei Stein works! Almost.
[Rolling Eyes] I installed Zwei Stein video editor in Wine, I get a GUI and all the buttons work. I can import files and edit but when I try to render video it crashes. I would like the community to have a look at this since Zwei Stein almost works out the box without tweaking. Someone more talented than me could likely get it going ea...

I installed x11-base/nouveau-drm-99999999 on my Gentoo linux (which should be

Uncorrelated random vectors
Hello,
is it possible to create two uncorrelated random vectors for a given distribution.
In fact, I would like to have something like the function "rnorm" or "rlogis" with the extra property that they are uncorrelated.
Thanks for your help,
Luba

howto find x value where x=max(x)
...i want to find the "Frequenz" where "AmpNorm" is max.
I use this line as workaround:
PeakFreqHz = subset(fp, AmpNorm == max(AmpNorm))$Frequenz[1]
Is there something nicer?
And is there an easy way to do the same on "predict()"
Thank you and kind regards,

Steins;Gate crashes on start up
...tarting debugger...
Unhandled exception: page fault on read access to 0x00000000 in 32-bit code (0x004a44a7).
[Register dump, a stack dump and backtrace follows - I don't know whether it's of any importance, so I didn't include it, as it's quite long]
zsh: segmentation fault wine STEINSGATE.exe
Any idea on how to fix this? I'm on wine 1.3.29.

Plot with same font like in LaTeX
...in LaTeX documents.
- usage of the same font on axes and in legend like LaTeX uses
(for example "Computer Modern")
- put real LaTeX formulas on the axes
Have you any hints how i can achieve that?
I had no luck two years ago, but i want to try it again now.
kind regards,

followme order field
Hello.
Does someone know what "order field" means in followme.conf? The Doku says:
number=> <number to call[&2nd #[&3rd #]]> [, <timeout value in seconds> [,
<order in follow-me>] ]
So an example would be:
number=> 123&124&125,10,?
It would be nice if someone could enlighten me.
cheers

how to plot a nice legend?
...gend fits
and playing around with coordinates and scaling consumes a lot time
- standard settings for the text need adjustment
(linespacing is quite large and so on)
Is there an alternative to legend()?
Is it possible to place the legend() outside of the plot area?
Kind regards,
