Hola, es la primera lista en la que participo, espero no meter mucho la pata y aprender rápido, se ruega comprensión. Simplemente me gustaría saber la forma de importar datos desde un archivo ".sf3' de Statgraphics. Creo que ese es un programa bastante difundido, pero no lo tengo y en principio no quiero tenerlo porque no es libre. Pero encuentro referencias a todo (piInfo, Minitab, S-PLUS, SAS, SPSS, Stata, Systat, Octave, csv, excel...) menos a Statgraphics. Bueno, pues se admiten sugerencias y gracias...

Hola, A lo mejor la solución pasa por ver si Statgraphics puede exportar su fichero a otro formato de cualquiera de los que R sí que puede leer. No sé si además del fichero, tienes acceso a Statgraphics.... Hello I just installed wine without any problems, and executed a statistics programs called statgraphis. Everything went fine, I could do the calculations but then I wanted to save the result, the way I am used to it when I use it in windows. Hola, LLevo buscando desde hace tiempo como hacer el Goodness of fit test en R. Es decir, me explico, intento hacer una cosa parecida que se hace en Minitab, por ejemplo, yo tengo un conjunto de datos, y lo que quiero es sabes que tipo de distibución es, en minitab se hace un histograma para ver si se ajusta bien o no a la campana de Gauss, luego vemos si aproximar la distribución de la muestra

Si puedo dar mi opinión es que no uséis rcomander. Al final el alumno cree que usa R pero no lo usa!!! Depende del tiempo pero si es para psicología yo usaría excell o spss. Rcomander les va a liar mas de lo debido y deja el ordenador inutilizable... Soy profe de estadistic pero aparte estoy en segundo de psicologia y la estadistica que se da es muy muy basica como para usar R. Salutis. Renaud
