Hi all, this patch series introduces stolen ticks accounting for Xen on ARM. Stolen ticks are clocksource ticks that have been "stolen" from the cpu, typically because Linux is running in a virtual machine and the vcpu has been descheduled. To account for these ticks we introduce CONFIG_PARAVIRT and pv_time_ops so that we can make use of:

I started sharing out zfs filesystems via NFS last week using sharenfs=on. That seems to work fine until I reboot. Turned out the NFS server wasn''t enabled - I had to enable nfs/server, nfs/lockmgr and nfs/status manually. This is a stock SXCR b49 (ZFS root) install - don''t think I''d changed anything much. Shouldn''t a ZFS share be permanently enabling NFS?

These are in the pre-x86 merge form; I'll update them once the merge goes into git.
