What am I missing
....e. I am able to access the web server anyhow. Having both lines REJECT net fw tcp www REJECT net loc tcp www in the rules file does not change anything. So the big question is what am I missing? Why am I able to contact the server from the outside? Thanks for all pointers, K.D. -- K?ri Dav??sson <karid@isholf.is>

I can?t find the attackers IP number in my logs, and these attacks happen infrequently, and are over quickly, so that I haven?t had an opportunity to run sip debug during an attack, and I don?t want to have it running all the time. significance of random effects in poisson lmer
...the problem? I am aware that p-values derived via MCMC in this way can problematic when used with models that incorporate offsets. However, I get the same error message if I take the offset out of the model. The only way I can get mcmcsamp to run is to leave out the specification of the model as poisson. However, I'm pretty sure I don't want to do this. Provided someone can tell me what I'm doing wrong, and I am able to generate my MCMC sample, are there any work-arounds the problems people have encountered using mcmcpvalue on models with offsets? Could I control for the effect of roa...

Wine And the Windows user-mode virtual address space
So i use WINE mainly to play Ahseron's call. This week they have updated the textures to make the game look better. this is causing me issues in wine as sson as the AC client uses more than 1.0gb of ram. a user on the forum posted a link to this article from MS http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff556232.aspx i am wondering if this can be done in wine or if wine is not even affected by this user-mode virtual address space. thank you for any help.

Six seconds hangup
Hello all Over the last couple of months we?ve been experiencing a strange problem, which I?ve been unable to solve. We have an Asterisk 1.4.19 that?s been running happily for the last several years. All calls go through an AGI server from dialplan. On average we have appr. 3000 incoming calls/day. All calls go in via the AGI server, various sound files and menus are played, and every

Configuring a cluster
Dear Centos users, I am not sure if this the correct place to post but it seems sensible. I have an 8 node cluster which I want to install/configure Centos. As I am not a sys-admin, can anyone advise me on what I should do? Any suggestions appreciated. Thank you.

uefi and bios bootable optical media
We have been using syslinux (V4.05) in our product for years without a problem. Since we encounter more and more systems that do a UEFI boot by default we want to support that too. So I've been using syslinux V6.03 to create usb sticks and harddisks to allow both bios and uefi boot which works fine. The problem I run into now is that it is not possible to create a dvd that is capable of
