64 bit
...unning Centos5.
I have a couple of VMware Workstation 6 licenses, is there a way to
install and run 64 bit inside an VMware virtual machine?
I don't care about performance, it's only for testing and
debugging purposes. This is not production.
Any suggestion?

I just bought a new computer, Asus P5K motherboard, Intel Core 2
Duo, WD Data drive.
I place the CD1 for CentOS5, boot and get:
GRUB Loading stage1.5.
GRUB loading, please wait...
Error 16

Install Drupal
I want to install Drupal on a linux box.
I want to know the steps & procedure to install drupal. Should I start by
installing PHP, MySQL and Apache or the other round.

Any long-time CentOS users on list using Ubuntu as well?
I've gotten roped into helping a local charity with some
computing/infrastructure snafus. It seems their last good Samaritan
installed Ubuntu all over the place and is "unavailable" now to clean up
the mess. CentOS has made me somewhat lazy because everything just
works out of the box for the most part and you've got the occasional
"yum update". :) These are

antivirus sniffer/scanner for networks
Is anyone aware of a package that can detect viri on the network &
possibly alert when there are?
Here is the scenario: Our network is utilized by guest users all the
time, sometimes into the thousands. We see guests from all over with a
variety of OSs & hardware, all of which, we have no control or say in that
matter.
