GLM
Hello,
I am trying to perform a glm analysis on a 68x13113 matrix (named
data.spect). The first column corresponds to the predictor
(data.spect[,1]) and the rest to the response variables
(data.spect[,2:13113]). When I try this code
glmObject <- glm(data.spect[,2:13113]~data.spect[,1])
I get the following error:

logger anybody?
Hello,
When trying to use logger into any RSpec I get:
logger anyboundefined local variable or method `logger'' for
#<#<Class:0x278bee0>:0x253cdec>
Not sure if this is the spected behaviour (haven''t checked under the
hood) It was just annoying not having a logger instance available as in
Rails out of the tests.

VAD performance worse on version 1.2rc1 than 1.1.12
Hi Cecile,
it seems it is a tabu theme, or nobody uses VAD on speex. I've tried
with external EasyVAD solution but the result was not as spected.
Other users of the list suggest an algorithm to filter voice based on
the power of the signal, but of course, it is not a voice activity
detection.
I am waiting also a solution for this, while so I use version 1.1.12.
Regards.

Persp and color
How can I control de "wrap-around" color behaviour in the persp
function ?
I am using something like :
persp(bb[1:100,2:97], col= rainbow(8,start=0.1, end=0.8)))
Depending on the rainbow length value I get several "wrap-around" blocks of
the selected color range...something that I wanted to avoid...
My idea is to use the color in order to make a separation from a

AGI "GET DATA" and "WAIT FOR DIGIT" don't work
Hi.
I'm trying to get digits form the user via agi

they just pass .. (after a nanosecond)
the las print is always timeout.
Any clue ..?
my $callerid = $AGI{'callerid'} ;

Instead of :

exten => s,1,Dial(${SYSTEM_TECHZ}/${ARG1},,kKtTwW)
exten => s,n,Hangup()
... which was the answer I was specting.
I'm I forgetting something here?
(In the source I saw an extra parameter to AMI when using the
UpdateConfig command, which was 'Line-XXXXXX', I tried indicating the
exact line too, but that did not help).
Thanks for your help. Best regards,

VAD performance worse on version 1.2rc1 than 1.1.12
Hi, I decide to write to the list because of a strange behaviour when
updating from version 1.1.12 to 1.2rc1.
My software was running fine with version 1.1.12, but now I want to benefit
from advances on AEC.
After updating the library to 1.2rc1 and do few changes on my sources, I run
the application and discovered that VAD doesn't work so fine as in previous
version 1.1.12 (3 years ago).

preprocessor VAD only rocognize between silence and not silence
Hello,
in my project im using speex 1.2rc1 and the preprocessor VAD seems to
only separate complete silence from not complete silence frames.
The Speex Manual, you can read "The voice activity detector (VAD)
provided by the preprocessor is more advanced than the one directly
provided in the codec."
but if you go to the source code in preprocess.c line 995 "/* FIXME:
