Saving the monitor file on new file always using Monitor(wav, Record1, m)
Dear List;
For each call (in specific case), I need to do a record and save in a spearated file, so I am thinking the best thing is to save based on the time.
Monitor(wav,Record1,m)
So, how can I make the file name to be based on the current time (which is changed always, or based on the some unique paramter (related to the call it self).
Any advise?

automatic levels
Hello,
I've imported a csv, semi-colon spearated file with read.csv2,
containing one column of rownames and one column of floating point
numbers. When I look at the column of data with framename$columnname, I
get the values of the column plus level values. Are these level values
created automatically ?
The problem is when I try to calcluate the...

many small files bug
...rsync protocol data stream (code 12) at io.c(463)
The command line was:
rsync -avzP -e ssh --delete /usr/lib/sympa/spool doome@akela:/backup/lists/sympa//usr/lib/sympa/spool
I tried to workaround excluding /usr/lib/sympa/spool/arc/* (the place of
the web archives with many files), and rsyncing it spearately, but it
seems, the --exclude option is only used at transferring, and not used
when considering the files.
Please write me if you have fixed these bugs, and if you can, send me a
patch.
Thank you for your answer!

3) inpatient admissions, variable length, often zero rows;

just to make things tricky, they're spearated by a fixed few junk rows

Each block starts with standard label rows so it will be easy to
identify these start points and know the format on the rows that follow
each one. I could use perl to scan for these and then read the zer...

Help with using unpenalised te smooth in negative binomial mgcv gam
...ify the 'fx=TRUE' argument
(i.e. I can sucesfully fit the penalised model). It also works when I only
include the two main terms x1 and x2, but do specify fx = TRUE, and it works
fine when I only specify the main term x1 and the te smooth for x2 and x3
and specify fx = TRUE (i.e. without a spearate specification of the main
term, x2, that is also included in the interaction). But.... when I have
both main terms x1 and x2, as well as an interaction between x2 and x3,
without penalisation, I get the error.
I have played around with other data and with different covariate
specification, but i...

Controlling the vorbis encoder precisely
Hello,
currently I'm working on a vorbis based encoder that adds multiple single wave sounds into one vorbis stream (and put every sound in one or more ogg pages). During the process an index is written in an extra file so later you can locate a sound's position easily by a file position and length value.
The problem is the sample-exact separation between those encoded wave sounds: If I

[LLVMdev] [RFC] Scheduler Rework
...y
this was a std::priority_queue<> but was changed because it missed
some of the dynamic variance of node priorities. We have found it
useful and essential to be able to replace this but even after
inheriting from RegReductionPriorityQueue it's pretty ugly because
there are two spearate queues in the scheduler, one completely unused.
Different queue types exhibit different heuristic behaviors based on
how much dynamism they provide. Thus the queue implementation is
policy that really ought to be separated from the scheduler proper.

In the winbind man it says to add the winbind spearator, cache time, etc to
the smb.conf file, but this produces errors.
Is this because I do not have winbind running correctly? When I start
winbind it does not give me any errors, but I don't get any non-unix groups
with a 'getent group'.
Here are the contents of my smb.log file: (Any...
