Logwatch / spamassassin
...longer can be mailed locally on my computer as I believe spamassassin is
eating it.
I can send it out to an email address outside my server though. So
spamassassin is only checking incoming I guess.
My question is....how do I...or should I.... Make all local mail go straight
to the boxes and skip spamasassin entirely..
Or.. Whitelist logwatch.
Apparently, I am guessing, all those nifty log reports are so full of
blacklisted urls and ips...well, you get the picure.
Best ways to make this work so I can get it delivered to root again?
Thanks

Sieve Advice Needed, Please
..., and I am working with the sieve language to
automatically filter spam into a separate account. However, I've hit a
snag that I can't get around.
BTW, I'm using a clean install of dovecot, postfix, spamassassin on Debian 7.5.
I want to do server-side spam filtering, so I've got spamasassin
identifying spam, and then have sieve sorting the mail to a special spam
folder. I can easily send spam to special folder in the inbox for each
mail user, but I wanted to have a single mail account for spam. I can use
the "redirect" sieve command to send anything with the X-spam-flag...

Can someone point me in the direction of a quick postfix/fetchmail setup example?
I need to start doing some email filtering. Can someone point me in the
direction of how to do this if they have a link handy? If not I'll Google
anyway, but I thought I'd ask just in case.

connection refused resolving - after 5.4 upgrade
Hi all,
prior to 5.4 upgrade, my two DNS servers would only get
'connection refused resolving .....'
on rare infrequent occasions (once or twice a month)
after upgrade to 5.4 I get 500+ per day.
Google has suggestions for

|however this strikes me as severe overkill as it will mask genuine
problems.
Anyone else noticed this?

cur folder e-mails are not shown...
Hi All!
I realized that I have only e-mails from last 13 days. I see that I have
lots more in the cur folder inside my Maildir folder.
The problem is that I cannot see them.
Permissions seems to be right:
