Object xxx not found
Dear All,
I am having a very basic error, but somehow do not know how to resolve it. I've read a dataset in .csv into R with two columns - sector, export. When trying to plot the data it says "sector not found" This is the formula.
SouthAfrica<-read.csv(c,header=T)
> hist(sector$exports,xlab="exports (MtCO2)",main="CO2 Exports")
Error in hist(sector$exports, xlab = "exports (MtCO2)", main = "CO2 Exports") :
object 'sector' not found
Could somebody please assist?
Kind regards,...

Character entry mismatch in the console window
...the South African mirror, as I am currently
working in South Africa.
When trying to paste any of my old analyses into the console (I keep
them in word-documents), I get an error when I first try to load the
data with the following line (example):
lap.long.dist <-
read.table(?C:\\Ranalysis\\SouthAfrica\\Lap.oreogena\\lap.long.distance.txt?,
header = TRUE);
I get the error:
Error: unexpected input in "lap.long.dist <- read.table(?"
Note that (at least on my screen now) the two " (quotation marks) at the
end of the error message are different. The only way I can make it work...

Dovecot and LDAP-Quotas
Hi all,
I have configured Dovecot as a POP/IMAP-Server in front of a Postfix-Server.
Every thing works without one thing: LDAP-quotas
The main-quota-rule works:
quota_rule: *:storage=8M
Only the LDAP-quota won't be used by Dovecot:
user_attrs = msRADIUSFramedIPAddress=quota_rule=*:storage=%$k
I have to use the special LDAP-field "msRADIUSFramedIPAddress" because my W2003

Dovecot as a POP3-/POP3SSL-proxy in front of exchange 2003
Dear all,
im looking for a solution to protect an Exchange 2003 email server from direct "pop3-internet-connects".
Is it possible that Dovecot act as a POP3-/POP3SSL-Proxy, "LDAP-authenticate" all user logins to a Windows 2003 domain controller and forward then all POP3-connects to a single Exchange 2003 server?
Could someone give me some advices or a link for howtos for
