no. It forces the audio device to be always on when on AC. there are
some sound power settings.
SOUND_POWER_SAVE_CONTROLLER=Y
SOUND_POWER_SAVE_ON_AC=1
SOUND_POWER_SAVE_ON_BAT=1
need to be set.
