...downsample it to 44khz, yet encoded it anyway. It will sound
slower (therefore, the pitch has dropped).
Whilst dj-ing (though i am no dj-god), blending the beats can be a bit tricky
without being able to control the speed and bend the timing a little. I have
seen a few utilities for mp3 files somwehere which allow one to do this
realtime (or as realtime as it gets). There are also many decks which allow a
CD's pitch to be moved around to.
The current setup is a bit lame ;) with two soundcards playing the tunes into
an external mixer, along with LP players, and a lot of start-stop button...

error message: .Random.seed is not an integer vector but of type 'list'
I'm trying to run this simple random sample procedure and keep getting the
error message shown. I don't understand this; I've designated x as a
numeric vector, so what is going on here? Thanks.

Creating a vector of colours that are as different from one another as possible
Hi
I want to create a vector of colors that are as different from one
another as possible. ?rainbow states "Conceptually, all of these
functions actually use (parts of) a line cut out of the 3-dimensional
color space...". This suggests to me that the resulting colors are all
placed on this "line" and are equi-distant along it. The resulting
