call files hacking...

that means, if the called people picks up the phone, he/she hear
ringing, until the "caller" picks up the phone.
But what can I do, to connect the call before it answers, so the
when the called person pick ups the phone can speak immediately with
the caller.
Is there any sollutoins, or I need to hack/patch the call file
handling?
