Finding Accounts inside Trusted Domains
...ay:
1. Is it possible to log into a machine which is associated with one domain
with credentials in another domain?
2. If so, is there extra configuration that needs to happen to find the
account?
The reason I ask 2. above is the following:
I have a workstation which is a member of the SOCIALWORK domain,
morton315f-vm2. Trust relationships are established both directions between

Interdomain Trust and Logging In
I'm having problems getting Interdomain trusts set up. Both servers are

Password:

I'm back at it trying to get things to work before classes start again in
January. Here's a brief summary of the situation:
I am responsible for 2 departments, Math and Socialwork, which are located
in the same building and share the same network. Each department has its own
samba server (RHEL4/CentOS4) and domain MATH and SOCIALWORK, respectively.
There is one lab which both departments share, so I would like for users in
either domain to be able to log in to the workstati...
