[LLVMdev] [HEADSUP] Another attempt at CallInst operand rotation
...a method on Value::use_iterator and I cannot see a way to intercept it at compile-time. The latter is always possible and does circumvent the above measures, there is no remedy against it. I plan to fire each of these two rounds with one week delay and monitor the LLVM mailing lists while they are soaking. After that I'll commit the actual operand rotation. Last but not least, there will be some cleanup commits: - removing CallInst::ArgOffset, - fixing the 80-column violations I have introduced, - doxygenizing the new interfaces, - re-enabling the low-level interface again (possibl...

Re: Subscribe to multiple files - Modification
...the correct syntax for making a single object subscribe to multiple objects. I have tried: => [nfs nfslock] => [nfs, nfslock] => [[nfs],[nfslock]] => [[nfs] [nfslock]] and none of them seem to work. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you, -- Rob -- Don''t get soaked. RMySQL on win32
...very easy way to get RMySQL up and running on win32), please let me know. As an aside, can anyone explain why it is not possible to keep that package in CRAN? I'm just curious about that, it's just for my own enlightenment. Thanks, Pete --------------------------------- Don't get soaked. ...elease them into fasttrack repo > > Note2: Here is some info on our new fasttrack repo: > > > https://wiki.centos.org/AdditionalResources/Repositories > (see CentOS-Fasttrack) > Thank you very much. I've d/l the x86_64 rpm, and yum upgraded to it on one server, so it's soaking now, and we'll see what happens. One question: the email I got from RH bugzilla referred to the package as gssproxy-0.7.0-25, not 21, while I see you've got it as 21.el7.0.1. Will there be a name change, or will it be 21.whatever? mark

Meaning of LND/neterrors ?
Hello I''ve noticed that Lustre network error, especially LND errors, are considered as maskable errors. That means that on a production node, where debug mask is 0, those specific errors won''t be displayed if they happened. Does that mean that they are harmless? Do upper-layers resend their RPC/packet if LNDs report an error? When, in my case, o2iblnd says something like

more smbd CPU mystery
...he work should mainly network and disk i/o bound (not CPU bound). nfsd doesn't have this kind of bad CPU performance, why does smbd? I had one of the users download a big file (which was being saved on the desktop). During this I was running top on the file server and noted it was continually soaking up 25% of the CPU: PID USER PR NI VIRT RES SHR S %CPU %MEM TIME+ COMMAND 12270 liffland 20 0 12748 4776 3628 S 24 0.1 1:02.36 smbd Why would disk/network traffic be so CPU heavy? Shouldn't this mostly be handled by a DMA controller? Can anyone exp...
