Cannot remove slog device from zpool
Hello, I''ve looked quickly through the archives and haven''t found mention of this issue. I''m running SXCE (snv_99), which I believe uses zfs version 13. I had an existing zpool: -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... st devices not showing up in xvm
I have a Sony lib-162 tape library hooked up to an adaptec 39160 scsi controller. I''m running OpenSolaris / Indiana snv_98 with the CADP160 driver installed from a SXCE dvd (snv_99). When I boot without xvm, I can run "mt config" and see the configuration information for the first drive in the library. So here we are. For those on all three lists, sorry for the repetition. Second, this message is meant to solicit help in diagnosing the issue described below. Any hints on

raidz failure, trying to recover
Long story short, my cat jumped on my server at my house crashing two drives at the same time. It was a 7 drive raidz (next time ill do raidz2). The server crashed complaining about a drive failure, so i rebooted into single user mode not realizing that two drives failed. I put in a new 500g replacement and had zfs start a replace operation which failed at about 2% because there was two broken

HELP! SNV_97,98,99 zfs with iscsitadm and VMWare!
I''m not sure if this is a problem with the iscsitarget or zfs. I''d greatly appreciate it if it gets moved to the proper list. Well I''m just about out of ideas on what might be wrong.. Quick history: I installed OS 2008.05 when it was SNV_86 to try out ZFS with VMWare. Found out that multilun''s were being treated as multipaths so waited till SNV_94 came out to
