Hi Tim, then I believe there is a bug. I did not specify the option and it used /etc/smb.conf rather than the correct /etc/samba/smb.conf. I was running a local backup on DC with Louis build 4.10.6 on ubuntu 18.04.2. Shall I open a ticket?
