OCFSv1 for kernel 2.6
Hi,
are there plans to make OCSFv1 available for linux kernel 2.6.x ?
We would like to upgrade a RAC on SUSE SLES8 to SUSE SLES9.
SLES9SP2 will support OCFSv2, but if I understand correctly OCFSv1
and OCFSv2 are not compatible and we have to copy all the DB files
from one filesystem to the other.
Thanks for your help.
bye,
Sumit

[PATCH] fix udevinfo version string parsing
check_hotplug fails on one of my machines running ubunto 4.10 "Warty
Warhog", due to misparsing the udevinfo version string. The problem is
caused by an old version of sed that does not appreciate the
regexp. This patch fixes it, and also works on debian unstable and
SLES9SP2. Please apply...

linux network install
I am running sles9sp2 as a network install server. I am using nfs and autoyast. How do I enable "Driver Update" on the client systems? I am trying to do a network install on the client systems that has a raid controller. I get "no hard disk found for installation" on the client systems. Thanks.

Problems with recycler on samba 3.x
Hi again,
Hi,
I have problems with recycle objects on samba 3.x with SuSE SLES9SP2 server:
When I save a file (with wordpad or editor ...) to the network-share, a 0 byte-file will
automaticly be saved to the trash-folder.
After removing the file from the network-share, the real file (>0 byte) will be stored
to the trash. Thats ok. But now I created a file named the same fil...

Paravirtualised drivers for fully virtualised domains
(The list appears to have eaten my previous attempt to send this.
Apologies if you receive multiple copies.)
The attached patches allow you to use paravirtualised network and
block interfaces from fully virtualised domains, based on Intel''s
patches from a few months ago. These are significantly faster than
the equivalent ioemu devices, sometimes by more than an order of
magnitude.
