Unable to install Virtual Machine SLES10SP3 i386 on RHEL 5.6 x86_64
Dear All,
May i know why it is not possible to install Virtual Machine SLES10SP3 i386
on RHEL 5.6 x86_64 by using Xen Virtual Machine Manager. I tried this for
more than 10 times. Checked the relevent logs.
Could nt find any error messages

Question Fe and BE device
Hello,
I try to install some applications on XEN. These applications have a
automated install and are based on SLES10SP3. During the installation
the device searches for /dev/sr0. Which fails in the xen enviroment. I
now make a work around with booting a rescue system and mounting
/dev/hdc and so on. But it should not be that difficult to install
something into XEN.
Can Somebody shed some light on how to make /d...

passthrough PCI SCSI device
I have a sles10sp3 vm that I''m trying to passthrough a scsi card, which
has a DLT tape drive attached. Anyone doing anything similar?
When I passthrough the scsi card (forced to do both ports), the vm dies
when it loads, I think during udev. I''m viewing the vm through
