ADA: DOA?
...worst of all -- it
appears not to work properly under 64-bit systems. So, assuming Digium's
abandoned it, are there any suggestions of alternatives? Right now, I'm
replacing a Shoretel system, and I'd *dearly* love to avoid the incredibly
fat client they have; if there's something slender -- roughly in the same
line as ADA -- I'd be very interested, even if it's not free.
Thanks,

Problems with Rules?
...it, my ssh and pop3 access is immediately
blocked locally.
This is a very simple setup. No dmz, just ETH1 to the Internet and ETH0
local, with IP Masq. Turned ON. I would appreciate it if someone who has a
grasp on this stuff could guide me toward what I''m doing wrong. I have only
a slender grasp of the whole thing... IP info and rules below.
Thanks,

routing patches seem to break output nat
Hi
We have applied the routing patches from
http://www.ssi.bg/%7Eja/#routes. To 2.6.15 this seems to have broken our
output natting. Has anyone else experienced this or any advice on how to
fix. Is this working on the newer kernel i.e. 2.6.19 ? Any help would be
appreciated.

syslinux vs grub
Okay, I'm going to ask the gajillion-dollar question...
I've been doing syslinux for 11 years now. From a very limited scope it
has since grown and is now a very advanced boot loader.
Unfortunately, it's not clear to me anymore to what extent the work I'm
doing is useful.
I personally dislike grub because of its monolithic design, and because
the grub people have

Which RoR to run on Mac OS X for a particular RoR app.
I am extremely new to RoR, I am. I am slowly but surely learning Ruby
and the Rails concepts but the environment is confusing.
I have an application that was written for my company in RoR. It is on a
ubuntu server that is going to be shut down. I want to move the app to
my two Macs (one Leopard and one Snow Leopard). We want to keep the app
to demo a business concept but it can run locally
