Samba 4.2.14 Group Policy (GPO) sync error
...s in this domain.". When I click "Detect Now" it shows "A processing error occurred collecting date using this base domain controller. Please change the base domain controller and try again." When I click on the "Change" link a Window opens with the title "Sleect New Baseline DC" with no content. So nothing to select there. So I am not sure if this is correct with Samba or not. Exploring Folders
...c icons do not list (ie STD_DELETE). Currently posted under Bugzilla 2. We provide menu links to open a folder using the Win32 API command ShellExecute(hwndDlg, NULL, szFolder, NULL, NULL, SW_SHOWNORMAL); (szFolder is the folder path to open) Under Windows this opens Windows Explorer with the sleected folder open. This allows our uses to open/print the various files in these folders. Under WIne the above command does nothing. A feedback via Bugzilla informs me that this is because Windows Explorer is not implemented in Wine. I have also tried using launching a Linux equivillent (Naultilus o...

I also found this thread here <https://lists.samba.org/archive/samba/2016-July/201471.html> Unfortunately none of the suggestions seem to entirely resolve the issue. As a first work-around I have inserted ldap server require strong auth = no to my smb.conf and re-started Samba. Unfortunately this didn't

Unbootable system recovery
I have just recently (physically) moved a system with 16 hard drives (for the array) and 1 OS drive; and in doing so, I needed to pull out the 16 drives so that it would be light enough for me to lift. When I plugged the drives back in, initially, it went into a panic-reboot loop. After doing some digging, I deleted the file /etc/zfs/zpool.cache. When I try to import the pool using the zpool
