These instructions are in a document called: PRINTER_DRIVER.txt in the textdocs section of your samba distribution. I find these instructions confusing but just follow the slavishly and you should be ok. I caution you to be certain that you don't get case conversions when you copy these files back and forth to the server, since then they might not work on the windows client and may even prevent windows from starting.
